Shipping information
Throughout Switzerland we ship your order with Swiss Post (PostPac Economy or Priority).
Orders with a total value of CHF 100 or more are shipped free of charge, including bulky goods such as surfboards and wakeboards
What costs do I have to pay?
For orders from CHF 100, shipping within Switzerland is free of charge.
For orders below CHF 100, a flat rate of CHF 10 applies.
For deliveries outside Switzerland, shipping costs are calculated individually for each order.
Please note that for deliveries outside Switzerland, customs duties, import taxes and handling fees may apply. These are charged directly by the destination country and are the responsibility of the recipient.
If you wish to return an item, the return shipping costs are at your expense, both within Switzerland and from abroad.
Shipping costs paid for the original delivery are non-refundable.
When will my order arrive?
As soon as your package has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation by e-mail including your tracking number.
Standard shipping (Switzerland): 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday)
For deliveries outside Switzerland, shipping times vary depending on the destination country and customs clearance. Please note that we have no influence on possible delays caused by customs processing or the postal services of the destination country.
